  • An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a physical SIM, you install a data plan with a tap or by scanning a QR code.
  • Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models support eSIM, from the iPhone XS, Galaxy S20 and Pixel 3 onwards. Quick check: dial *#06# and if an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM. Or use the checker in the "Buy with confidence" section above to confirm your exact model.
  • You can install it as soon as you receive it. The plan typically activates when you arrive at your destination and the eSIM connects to a local network.
  • Yes. Your eSIM only provides data, so your existing SIM and phone number stay active. WhatsApp and other apps keep working with your existing number.
  • You can pay online with the payment methods shown at checkout for your country.
  • Check our help centre for setup guides, or contact support and we'll sort it out.

  • After you buy, sign in and open Refills in your account to see how much data each eSIM has left and when it expires. Running low? Tap Add data to buy more data for the same eSIM.
  • Yes. Sign in before you buy and every eSIM earns 1 point for each €1 you spend. 100 points are worth €1 off a future order, and you can redeem them at checkout once your balance reaches 200 points. Your balance is on the Points page in your account.
