• I can't log in to my accountMost login problems clear with a browser refresh or cache reset. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl and Reload on Windows or Linux, Shift and Reload on macOS), a different browser, clearing your cache, or an incognito window. If it still won't work, contact support.
• What information does Speedysim collect?For most purchases, all we need is an email address to send your order, or a phone number for a top-up. We only collect what's needed to complete your order. If you go beyond guest spending limits, a quick identity check is required, handled securely by our third-party verification partner.
• Can I delete or close my account?Yes. Sign in, open your account page and select Delete account in the Delete account section. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and you cannot create a new account with the same email address afterwards. If you have lost access to your account, contact us through the contact form instead.
• Spending limits explainedYou can spend up to 5,000 euro per day and 10,000 euro per month. Going beyond those amounts needs a quick identity verification, handled securely by our third-party verification partner.
• How Speedysim points workSign in before you buy and every eSIM earns 1 point for each €1 you spend. 100 points take €1 off a future order, and you can use them at checkout once you have 200 points. Your balance is on the Points page in your account.
